This property was acquired in 1987 and, a year later, began a full-scale remarketing of the 90,000 square feet of retail space in order to provide a more diverse and lively shopping environment. Today, the Centre contains 3 cinemas, 4 restaurants and a complex of 42 luxury shops on three levels.
After purchasing additional space from the Stock Exchange in 1998, we redeveloped this lower level, below-grade area into a high-tech IT and computer server hosting facility. Equipped with the most advanced technological infrastructure in Geneva, the property features a state-of-the-art IT center housing most of Switzerland's telecom and technology leaders.

Also in 1998, the offices were completely renovated, providing 100,000 square feet of the highest-standard office space and exceptionally large floor plates for leading companies like MSCI and the headquarters of JP Morgan. We also created a new lobby entrance for the offices along Confédération Street and installed automatic folding glass walls to protect the public spaces from the Geneva's strong winter winds.
In 2002, we updated the HVAC and equipped the complex with a new fire security system that was eventually adopted by the Swiss Insurance Fire Protection Association.
