2 Rue Petitot/1 Place de la Synagogue

This elegant 19th Century building, located in the traditional banking district of Geneva, is both typical of the Genevese style of the turn of the century, yet features the modern conveniences and design required by today's corporate leaders. Despite a slightly monumental look, 2 Rue Petitot has an attractive simplicity of line, lightened by a few corner balconies in cast iron.

Renovations in 1987-1988, and again in 2002, returned the property to its past splendor. The stonework on the façade and architectural features, like the dramatic spiraling staircase, oversized wooden doors and the original windows, were all preserved.

To provide a more efficient working environment, the building was also equipped with concrete floor slabs, wiring ducts and a state-of-the-art HVAC system.

Since the major renovation in 1988, the building has never been vacant and has always been occupied by large companies seeking an exclusive and luxurious headquarters location. Many view the property's close proximity to Geneva's private banking industry as a definite advantage.
